Totally get the point... I might should have gone more minimal on the plating so the butter had more space to shine.

Same, I plated for myself to sit down and eat, but after drizzling the butter and getting it set right, placing a fork and knife (which I hope I placed correctly...) and getting a nice beer in the picture the butter had almost all dripped below the elk. Oh well!

Yea that was the appetizer so earlier in the evening...less bourbon in the belly 
Really tho I'm just inconsistent and don't always give it proper thought because the day to day is just cooking for da fam and slopping it on the plate. I did both plantings on the fly. I dug around in the cabinets and ask the wife if we have any other different looking plates. I stole the flowers from the bunch that my daughters homecoming date gave her when he asked (and he better ack right or I'll be snipping off more than flowers).
I intended the tuna to be part of the entry but I am picking up what you are laying down. It's not a big deal it all just for fun
