I get anxious just thinking about a flight that long.

We had the same setup
We had to land in Fiji and sit on the plain while they refueled so they could fly the long way around a erupting volcano in the flight path. Took like 18hrs from LA or something retarded like that. I'd love to go back we landed in Sydney and traveled up that side as far as Cairns also dipped to the middle to the rock. 18 years ago doe

Just Google bobotie recipes and you'll find a lot of variations. Mine was a family recipe that I modified. This recipe is similar to what I did.
