1. NolaGT's Boneless Short Sib Terrine... I love the creativity, the aesthetic appeal, and I trust that it was cooked all the way through.

2. Bigdropper... can't beat a meat lolipop.

3. Hungryfisherman... that looks like a great dish.

They all looked great, hard to pick 3.

I know.

The quality of the submissions is almost discouraging me from continuing to enter, as some of you guys are a step or two above.

Also, it's motivation to come up with something even better next time.

Dont do that

Do that.

IMO the FB can learn from these and try it out for them self and enter. Its all in good fun.

I like food so its always hard to pick.

Id go with

1 Darla, the blueberry sauce did it for me.
2 Dropper because if someone didn't like my dish I could club them with the dish
3 Lamb because that dish was like mine, meat inside of a fried crust of some sort

Newc was close, I love scallops and that butternut puree will be getting done in the GT household.

Really everyone was close and ill be trying out a few of them in the future.

I almost entered this one but I backed out

My creativity is far from what I see although my food is pretty good. If only I had 1 creative bone in my body.

1. NOLAGT - Creativity, originality, presentation, and I happen to love green peas.

2. Bigdropper - Beefsicle = good.

3. LL - Pot pies are dear to me. Rich and saucy beef and pie CRUST.

Apologies to those I didn’t vote for.
