Whether you are smoking, frying, whatever. Let's see what you have going and how it looks along the way.

Have mine brined, stuffed, injected, seasoned, about to go on the smoker.

Happy Thanksgiving F&D Board.

22 Lb turkey brined, injected and seasoned right before going into the oven last night.

Mines already in the pot and I'm too lazy to try to get a pic.

Hopefully we get some other friers to chime in so we know they survived the explosions.

This year was 18 pounds. Cooking just over an hour at 350. Its the largest I have fried. I survived the drop.

Curious to see how it comes out. That’s a big ole bird in the grease.

Fixing to start heating the grease. 12.5 pounds. It’s my first time frying so hopefully I don’t end up on YouTube.

Bird is still frozen solid so I’m not too worried

Just temped the breast. Needs another fifteen minutes or so then the dark meat can go for another forty-five-ish

Just carved mine up... mostly pleased with it. It’s good and juicy but I might’ve over seasoned just a tad

What temp did you set your oven at? Something around 180-200 to slow roast?
