Pickled eggs, finely chopped chives, and minced shallots. Sometimes, some minced celery, if I'm feeling fancy. And Duke's mayo. Always Duke's.
This time of year every now and then I'll just cut a fresh tomato in half, gut it, and put the tuna salad in instead of making a sandwich.

Also can grate a stick of celery in there, no hunks
No need to grate, just put chopped celery tops in there.

Haven’t had one in a long time. Too long.
My ingredients are usually onions, celery, dill and sweet relish, hard boiled eggs and Mayo.

BTW, did you know that Chinese mustard is just ground mustard mixed with water?
all prepared mustard is ground mustard seed and water

I just open the can, put some pepper on the tuna, and eat with Mount Olive Hamburger dill pickles.

Mayo, shot of spicy mustard, DILL pickle (get that sweet shite outta here), grated egg, salt & pepper

I've been making an asian tuna that's delicious.
Canned tuna
Garlic powder
Sriracha
Ground/pureed ginger
sesame oil
green onions
Serve over rice or quinoa that has lime juice & soy sauce mixed in

Hard boiled eggs chopped with a pastry cutter, green or red onion, mayo, mustard, lots of black pepper, salt. Sometimes Tony’s instead of other seasonings.

I will totally eat the sweet relish version as well, but this is how I prefer it too. And also a socially-unacceptable amount of dried dill (to decorate my braces). And maybe some green olives or even pickled jalapeno if I have it.
