Damn.
Thought you guys were just fanboying (no offense) over this beer. It's delicious. Let my wife try a sip thinking she wouldn't like it and she sent me out to get two more 4-packs.

Yeah I had a similar experience a few weeks back. no8 sent me some ghost and DDH Envie. Honestly I thought this board overhyped it.
It probably is to a degree, but damned if I didn't really enjoy it.

The #1 reason great raft runs away from the competition in terms of the best brewery in the state is because parish has a really tough time diversifying their beer profiles. They found one thing that works well and they make nearly every hoppy beer the exact same way.
Nothing to hate on in terms of the business policy though; make one beer that everyone loves and label it as 6 different beers.

I've had Envie, Opus, and Ghost. Never had Bloom. Would someone mind comparing/contrasting it to the others?

Envie - nice hop bite for an APA, more orange flavor
Bloom - very soft, smooth. Less of a hop bite than Opus
Opus - really solid, slightly hoppier IPA.
Ghost - much boozier than the others, which makes sense given it's a DIPA.
Bloom is my favorite of them all with Opus coming in not far behind.
