on Cleary between airline and w. Metairie. Their pool tables are top notch, and it's never crowded. Sometimes it's pretty trashy, other times it's the old working men kinda place.

Anybody ever been to Whiteys Pool Hall on Cleary in Metairie?
The trashiest place I ever went to was some strip bar in Houma. I remember one of the girls was dressed as a pirate! Downs Lounge was a close second.

I went to the Peacock for Mardi Gras in '92. Had one of the worst headaches of my entire life. I don't remember it as being trashy though, just a lot of good old baws and baes having a good time.

Breauxs Hideaway in Lockport is pretty terrible. There's a bar 1 pool table and 237 Rebel flags and some pictures of Elvis.

been to all multiple times. And you're right they are/were awesomely trashy. Hwy 4 took the cake for sure though. A rash of meth fueled murders finally shuddered it for good a few years ago.
