I drug my my feet on the early wave. Are these still available fresh anywhere around BR?

All I can tell you is that Lucky's Markets here in Orlando have plenty of the mild and hot ones right now. First time I've seen them here in 7-10 years.
They are selling them fresh/raw for $1.69/lb, they are also roasting them for $2.29/lb
I've bought probably 10# in the last week or so. They really are awesome

Whole Foods in NOLA had them today, so I’m sure the one in BR will.

What do you guys do with them? I would love to make a Chile verde soon, would those be better than regular Anaheims?

Stuffed some this weekend and charred them on the pit. They were outstanding.

Albertsons @ Old Hammond and Airline. They also had an interesting looking jug of already roasted peppers next to the fresh.

I had stuffed hatch chili’s at a Hatch & Harvest popup at Miel Brewery the other night and they were excellent.
