Too late for hatch chilis?

I drug my my feet on the early wave. Are these still available fresh anywhere around BR?

All I can tell you is that Lucky's Markets here in Orlando have plenty of the mild and hot ones right now. First time I've seen them here in 7-10 years.

They are selling them fresh/raw for $1.69/lb, they are also roasting them for $2.29/lb

I've bought probably 10# in the last week or so. They really are awesome

Whole Foods in NOLA had them today, so I’m sure the one in BR will.

I ran in to the Aldi here in frisco and tgey had them for .29/lb

What do you guys do with them? I would love to make a Chile verde soon, would those be better than regular Anaheims?

Stuffed some this weekend and charred them on the pit. They were outstanding.

Albertsons @ Old Hammond and Airline. They also had an interesting looking jug of already roasted peppers next to the fresh.

Same at Albertsons on College this morning. 99 cents a pound.

I had stuffed hatch chili’s at a Hatch & Harvest popup at Miel Brewery the other night and they were excellent.
