I’m thinking about taking my SO there for drinks after dinner this Friday night. It seems like a chill spot for us to talk. It’s not usually my type of spot, but it seems nice. Anyone have experience or other suggestions of good places for drinks and conversation? TIA.

It’s probably one of my favorite places to grab a drink whenever I’m in BR.

I think it is very good. They make very good use of their small tap selection and their mixed drinks are great.

Ive enjoyed all of the appetizers ive had along with the tuna nicoise salad, which I usually get. My only complaint food wise is that I dont think their buns are very good on the sandwiches ive had (chicken sandwich).

Fair warning, it can get pretty loud if its crowded in there. Not much at all to break up the room and noise

I like it a lot. The drinks are very good, as is the food.

Its a fun time

Only bad is its a pretty small/condensed place. It can be really rowdy when its crowded. Everyone is on top of each other but I definitely recommend

Brah, I live in France, and I've seen this place talked about every few weeks. C'mon. It's a bar, you don't need a review.

I hear that sometimes it gets so crowded you have to hold your arms up. Living in France, you should be comfortable with that...

It is not a great place for conversation as it is loud as frick in there at all times. Would not bring a date there for a good conversation unless you want to shout at each other the entire time.

I was in there at least twice a week pre-kid.

Who wants to babysit this weekend so the Mrs. and I can get some brunch?
