I use to love the old Dome nachos they served in the paper bowls... Those new fancy plastic trays suck...

Agree. But I like beef on mine. Bad lighting in this pic. Meat appears dark but it's the pic. They were awesome.

The first nacho I ever ate was in Ewing Coliseum, it was a bag of Doritos cut down the side, a big scoop of the good nacho cheese sauce with a hint of hallowpeno.........mmmmm.
You can still get that stuff by the gallon at Super 1. I get it about once every year when the kids have kids over.
Add a little hallowpeno juice to it if you are feeling frisky.
God intended the use of Doritos Nacho Cheese flavor chips in the nacho.

Ginny Lane at The Wharf in Gulf Shores has a loaded nacho on the menu. It is the best nacho in the world. Ever.
