It’s getting tough to come up with a new ingredient
wanted something in season but can only come up with crawfish!? Hmmm maybe crab

What about the 15th? Between 4 and 5 weeks time, and the day after Valentine's Day when many of us will be cooking something special anyway.

I’m not a big tomato fan, that’s kinda why I picked that ingredient. I love onion rings but after frying those tomatoes I’ll tell you, they were delicious. I highly recommend trying them and using fish fry batter. I’m sure other batter would be good too though

I just moved into my house this week and didn't have time to participate.

I will be doing some crab, but only if I can find some...
