Who has been, how did you rate it. Which one is the original location?

It's popular, so I would guess the board thinks it's overrated.

No one goes there anymore, it's too crowded.

Right off the interstate between Ocean Springs and Pasgagoula. They had a fire a few years ago and rebuilt in the same "original" spot, I believe. I'm using the term 'rebuilt' loosely.

It was good the one time I had it. Pretty expensive, but good.

isn't there one in Gulfport? I think that's the one I ate at. It's been awhile.

I thought it was delicious

This. I thought the actual meat was pretty good. I got like a 3 meat plate on account of I'm a fatass. The sauce damn near ruined it though.

It is Meh at best.

I go several times a year because there is a grass strip runway nearby with a loaner car. We drop in, eat, and fly back home.

My girlfriend has been raving about it for a while now. When we were coming back from Florida onvvacation last year, she made us stop. It was mediocre bbq, with sauce that was not good, and was super crowded. Basically a waste of an hour when all I wanted to do was get home.

I know it. It's a shame how that Red Lobster in Metairie is popular and crowded too. Can't understand why the cool kids on the bood board don't rave about that also.

Don't kid yourself that exclusivity changes your opinion of a place. Everyone falls victim to it.

If you like Mississippi BBQ flavor, 90% sugar 10% smoke, you'll love it. That shite is so sweet it makes my teeth hurt, but they like it like that over there. I prefer a sweet/tart/smokey balance.

The sauce is horrible sweet crap and the one time I went and had ribs, the ribs were so overcooked/steamed that the BONES fell apart.

This. And this is why I hate the place.

Plus I watched an episode of their show. I think it gave me cancer.

I went. It "mysteriously" burnt down later that night. That should tell you how I feel about it.

I didn't hate it. Pretty much hated the sauce but I thought it was a neat place. Big old dive type joint that pretty good Q, a decent beer selection and friendly people that processed a bunch of folks in a timely manner. That sauce will induce a diabetic coma though.
