I haven't even gotten around to getting my meximelt yet, and they go and release the McRib. Fast food has no shame.

A friend in ATL would get so worked up when the McRib came back on the menu I started calling him Riblet. I thought the sauce was quite crappy back then and doubt it tastes any better now.

I tried my only one 15 years ago. It was shite. My exhausted lab riding shotgun wouldn’t even eat it.

Without that disgusting sauce. Take it home add cheese, tomato and onion. If you do that, it’s not much different from eating potty meat that’s been formed into a patty like substance.

15 or so years ago, I was on a hunting trip with my Dad and one of his best friends in NW Missouri for 5 days. The food at the lodge was less than desirable for us, temperature never got above 3 degrees, and we left feening for decent food.
The McRib came back that year during our trip. I was driving and pulled into the first McDonald’s I saw after we left the lodge. Dad sheepishly said he would try one after seeing my excitement. He took two bites out of it and threw it out the window while asking me WTF was that. I always crack up thinking about that moment when I see a McRib sign. Admittedly, I haven’t had one since.

The last 2 times they brought the mcrib back, I got sicker than any other time eating mcdonalds. I think I'll sit this one out.
