Yeah he just doesn’t post them immediately. After a day or so he posts the recipe on the first comment.

I'm gonna eat my crow right here. At the moment, we have no commercial power. The generator is running, but it can't handle the oven. I broke it to my son that tomorrow was no biscuits, only toast. He's wasn't happy.
This is where it gets dumb. Every time we go to Costco, we think we need butter. We don't. I have 11 pounds of it between two refrigerators. My kid has been stuffing it in the crisper of the drink fridge.
I'm butter frying biscuits on the gas stove tomorrow morning.
Prayers for the folks that are suffering losses tonight.

I do all of the cooking in my house
lived most of my life in lafayette
I have a bunch of cajun cookbooks, I collect them
I use CN’s videos all the time for shortcuts and tips
my daughter asked me how I make a lot of things and I sent her a link to CN’s youtube page and she is now cooking on her own using his videos
