We just bought several trays for a bridal party recently and they did not last long.

There was a miscommunication last time I ordered though, when I requested ham, turkey, roast beef, and pimento cheese sandwiches. My roast beef sandwiches ended up WITH pimento cheese. I think someone did not use the proper Oxford comma on the order form. It was bizarre…but not terrible.
I, too, miss Southern Belle, rat tails and all.
