It’s funny how Tabasco ‘conquered the word’ and yet in Louisiana it’s the third or fourth choice for hot sauce formost residents
I think I branched out years ago due to burn out, but Tabasco became king again at my house when I discovered this bottle:
Family Reserve edition is perfection.

I still love Tabasco on chili. But that’s about it. It still has a unique flavor after all the years, which is pretty cool.

I don’t think there is a better hot sauce for seasoning food.
Salt and vinegar alone enhance almost all savory dishes and I like the heat and flavor of the peppers.

Noticed it behind bars in England, I guess for bloody marys. In Italy, we saw it in grocery stores.
In a nice restaurant in Naples, some Italian high-roller types seated near us ordered a ton of food and had waiters running back and forth. One guy yelled something in Italian, and a waiter brought them a bottle of green Jalapeno Tabasco Sauce, which we thought was sort of funny.
