Did you cut them up, or just use small ones? And when exactly did you add them to the boil?

I bought the smallest I could find and cut them up into the same size as a regular crawfish boil potato. We cooked them with the other potatoes. Everybody was quite surprised and pleased with them. I will do them again for sure.

Did this a few weeks ago, just got regular sweet potatos and poked them with a knife a couple of times. I liked them, was definitely an experiment though.

i've had sweet potatoes in a boil before...legit

anybody else put garlic cloves in their boil? nothing like shmeering some garlic on a potato, instant garlic mash potatoes!

I will give the sweet taters a try next boil. I almost always put whole cloves of garlic in my boils. Thas some good shite too

i've been to several boils where they didn't have garlic in it. so yea, some people don't do this.
