Thanks to all who participated!

Despite what some may think, it’s awkward to announce yourself as first place winner. But, yay! I’m excited!

Submissions

1. Darla Hood - King Crab Bisque

2. holygrale - Dungeness Crab, King Crab and Artichoke Soup with Candied Lemon and Fried Artichoke Hearts

3. Pete Rose - Pho with Fatty Brisket

Got Blaze wasn’t far behind.

Thank you! Now I have to decide on the next ingredient. It’s between chocolate, potatoes, eggs, and chuck roast. I need to narrow that down.

Chocolate opens the door to sweet and savory. That’s my 2 cents

I never participate in these challenges because I lack both creativity and kitchen space (because Boston), but I wanted to let y'all know that I really enjoy following these threads. All of your soups looked so delicious, and I feel like there were some very thoughtful dishes.

I appreciate all of your efforts to make me drool

Congrats, Darla! I can't help but comment on your pretty dinnerware and table linens!

I'm sad I missed the submissions/voting threads, but now I really want to make your bisque.
