Y'all sleeping on my man Dave. Wendy's burger definitely needs to be included. I wouldn't say it's better than whataburger but it's def better than sonic.

I wish there was a decent Sonic near me. The ones I have reasonable access to have to be the combined worst Sonics in the country. The food is so awful.
It is so night and day different when I go to a half decent one. I agree the burger is very good for a fast food burger.

Like the burgers at Sonic. Never been a Whataburger fan. Maybe need to give it another shot.

Any chance you live just west of mobile? Stopped on the way from the beach and ended up throwing it all away without taking one bite.

Nope, Birmingham. I'm convinced the Sonic on Montclair Rd is the worst Sonic in the entire country.

This is a true story. After throwing the sonic away I stopped at Wendy at the next exit. When I unwrapped my cheeseburger (that didn't have cheese) the lettuce, tomato, ketchup and mustard were outside of the bun. It was bun, meat, bun, tomato, and then lettuce. Such a mess.
Also, on the way to the beach the subway in diamondhead ran out of white bread, wheat bread and flatbread.

Sounds about like any time I ever go to any of those establishments. I waited 30 minutes one time for a milkshake at the Sonic near me. There was maybe 3 other cars there. Absurd. It is unfortunate. Wendy's used to be one of my guilty pleasure burger stops i'd hit. I almost don't go anymore because they are run so poorly and the food is always just awful, either completely tale buns, fries are cold and clearly very old, etc.

I have random cravings for that sauce. Really wish we had one in Atlanta. Always one of my first stops when I’m in town though

Same. When you are in the right mood for it, that burger is so damn good. I can never get enough of that sauce. I have so many leftover seasoning packets in my pantry as well

I agree... but I always give whataburger the edge due to the fact that I can get one at 6am!

To increase your sonic experience: order an oreo or reeses blast, go to dollar general and get some extra reeses or oreos and put it in there. You can't just simply ask for extra, they don't put near enough.
