Saturday’s are about the only day I have time to make a breakfast and enjoy it so I thought I’d share.
Made a breakfast quesadilla with egg, cheese and bacon on a ghost pepper tortilla, side slice of bacon and glass of cold brew with pumpkin creamer

Just finished icing some Pumpkin Sweet Rolls freshly baked a few minutes ago. Just letting them cool a little longer.

Made the dough yesterday afternoon, let it rise , punched down, made the rolls and in the fridge it went for baking this morning.

Pumpkin filling with pecans in it.

The rolls rising before going into the oven.

I thought I took a picture on them right out of the oven but I guess not. Anyway, here they are Iced and cooling a little longer.

Bacon and fried eggs. Needed something quick while I pack up and get ready to head out to do some camping.

Made some breakfast quesadillas with turkey sausage, bacon crumbles, egg, cheese, and guacamole. They were pretty good

Alright, so the first one or two rolls are always not the easiest to take out of the pan but they are still delicious!

These were the first two taken from the pan and all I can say is these will definitely be made more often!

Oh almost forgot to mention the icing is a cream cheese icing. Mmmmmm...........

Bacon cheese egg and biscuit casserole.

7 eggs, mix in bacon, mix in can of biscuits cut into quarters.

Add to well greased 9×13 pan. Cook at 350 for 20 minutes. Add rest of bacon, cheese. Cook for additional 20 minutes.

Perfecto
