Hit the iron cactus. Any other recs for riverwalk/downtown? Any type of food is ok

Paesano's. Get the shrimp Paesano for an appetizer then order the beef tenderloin as the main course.

Geunther House for breakfast, it is the factory store for the Pioneer Brand, neat little place, you can eat and then tour the house on site and gift shop

Short cab drive or if you have car from Riverwalk area

Agree with the table side guac at Boudro's.

Had a good shrimp something at Acenar.

Guenther house for breakfast. Far-ish walk but nice if not too hot.

Rosario's but if too packed just hit Friendly spot or Tito's.
