I was fortunate to live next door to the 4th or 5th Rouses ever built. It's my favorite fresh sausage.

I made my own the other day using deer and wild pig. Came out awesome. Absolutely love their green onion

I've never enjoyed eating anything with wild hog, but I would try a link of that.
