It’s great for beans and rice or other dishes. Not eating it plain

Big fan of Rouse's smoked green sausage in red beans and rice.

I was fortunate to live next door to the 4th or 5th Rouses ever built. It's my favorite fresh sausage.

Ima try it but what separates it from other Green Onion sausages?

It has just the right amount of seasoning and is always fresh. Just perfect really

I'm a fan of most of Rouse's bespoke brands. Try their boudin some time.

That looks really good.
I've never enjoyed eating anything with wild hog, but I would try a link of that.
