I find their hot sausage to be very inconsistent and have quit buying it and resorted to making all my own sausages now.

Before I started making my hot sausage I gave Patton's a try since it is a local product and I liked it as a kid, but damn that shite is greasy as hell when fried up in a pan, and not much better on the grill.
