every time i send photos from my various smoked meats my sister will send back a photo of something she did in the air fryer and brag about how she "didn't have to cook it for 20 hours"

Reminds me of the anti-sous viders

So the four brackets are

1) Pellet Grill (which I use )
2) Sous Vide
3) Instant Pot
4) Air Fryer

Not a single picture, method/procedure, or recipe posted.

Occasionally, the store will put the cheap, thin ribeyes on sale for nothing. I'd be willing to use some of those in an air fryer experiment.

We have an air fryer and rarely use the thing. Occasionally for some french fries or chicken fingers.

I continuously find that some of the best ways to cook so many things is in the air fryer.

Sous vide for a couple hours at 130, refrigerate overnight, then dry with paper towels, rub with a little high temp oil, and air fry at 425 back to 130 internal. I've been doing this with tritip, which has replaced ribeye as my favorite cut of beef. Edge to edge pink, nice even dark crust. We did four prime filets like this last weekend and I'd put it up against any steakhouse in town.

I’ve done homemade chicken tenders and the fry batter was hard as a rock. Sliders usually come out dry and im using 80/20 beef. I once heated up some next day wings and they were incredible.
