Been trying to eat a little more responsible lately and have been struggling to come up with healthier options when just picking something up instead of cooking at home.

What are some options in that area, or if you prefer, New Orleans in general, with at least some decently healthy options.

It does not need to be specifically salad places or healthy food only places. Just been trying to get in a little better shape for the past few weeks and looking for simply non-fattening things.

lakeview is what is brü. There aren’t any hidden restaurants in that crime ridden dump.

Yeah that definitely seems to be the best option.

Never been in there but thought it was just a bakery? Would be awesome if they have a real menu.

Whole Foods on Broad St.

Is Panera Bread considered healthy? There is one on N. Carrolton by the Winn Dixie

What are some menu items here that actually taste good?

I've ordered the buffalo chicken wrap and both times I thought it tasted like a caesar salad.

The first time I though they got the order wrong, but he second time it just confirmed it tasted nothing like buffalo chicken.

they have like 20 other items that don't have anything with buffalo sauce. Order one of those instead of ordering the same thing with a baseline of 1.

I do like their turkey chili, shrimp wrap and shrimp bowl.

I should be going there more myself.

Sweet Soul Food on St Bernard Ave is very close, and you can use some of the delivery services. Very good vegan soul food.
