Fries are hit and miss. #1 when they’re fresh, a lot lower when they’re soggy (typically).

I go red beans 1 or 2 and mashed potatoes 2 or 3 depending on the fries.

Haven’t really tried the rest.

Its funny cause those fries really are good, but its hard for me to not get either red beans or mashed taters as a side when i get a 3 piece. And as you can tell, I get an extra side of coleslaw every time. The best compliment to fried chicken in existence.

You're out of your mind if you think dirty rice should be ranked that high and green beans dead last? Have you even tried them?

The gravy they put on the mashed potatoes is unique. I'm almost certain it's a boil in bag product but, it has something that flavors it different from any other MP&G on the fast food market.

Mashed Potatoes
Fries
Red beans

I don’t really ever get any of the others. Didn’t they kill off the dirty rice?

Mashed taters are number one for me when they put enough of the gravy and it's piping hot.

I cant rank biscuits with the sides. It just doesnt feel right. If im gonna rank biscuits, ill do them against other fast good biscuits.

im actually a green bean lover. Cook them all the time. But its a strange side for fried chicken compared to the others. And its just canned beans with butter which is how i do them at home.

Edit: i moved green beans above mac and cheese cause thats one of the most average mac and cheeses of all time.

I think it's the amount of black pepper they put in it.

There is another pepper in there. Maybe jalapeno?

Haven't had them in a while, but I remember them being pretty legit. I don't think they were premade/frozen...I might be remembering too fondly though.
