Craving some shrimp and want to try something different. I usually just toss them in a hot pan with some oil and a little seasoning. Just looking for something different tonight. Maybe with pasta, but not necessary.

Sauté in olive oil and lots of minced garlic. Add lots of cracked black pepper at the end and serve over angel hair.

Mince a bunch of garlic, chop some fresh rosemary, mix those w/melted butter and a handful of bread crumbs. Toss the shrimp & the seasoned/buttered crumbs, put into a shallow dish, and broil (not too close to the heat source) unti shrimp are done & crumbs are browned.
Or, just boil them & make a remoulade sauce. (Bonus: any leftovers will be just as good tomorrow.)
Skewer, brush w/a bottled teriyaki sauce, bake or broil until just done.

I swear this tastes good...Italian dressing, WS, lil red wine, butter, lemon, garlic, Tony’s, pepper salt, onions and green peppers, red peppers
I put them in a foil shaped pan and on the grill for few minutes. It simmers in that marinade and butter concoction
Taste delicious

Shrimp Alfredo? Saute your shrimp in a skillet with butter and your favorite seasonings. Boil your pasta. Top with Alfredo sauce. Dust with shredded parm.
Alfredo Sauce
Ingredients:
- Unsalted Butter (1/4 cup)
- Heavy Cream (1 cup)
- Garlic (1 clove, minced) [can use shallot instead]
- Parmigiano-Reggiano Cheese (1.5-1.75 cup, finely grated)
- Fresh Parsley (1/4 cup, chopped)
- Nutmeg (pinch)
- Salt (pinch)
- Black Pepper (pinch)
Instructions:
1. Melt butter in a pan, medium low heat.
2. Add garlic (or shallots), cook a minute or two.
3. Add cream. Simmer for 5 minutes.
4. Add cheese. Whisk until melted.
5. Stir in parsley, nutmeg, salt, and pepper.
NOTE: Do NOT use pre-shredded parm cheese. That stuff in the bag is coated with something like corn starch that will thicken and ruin your sauce. You have to use legit Parmigiano-Reggiano from a block that you shred yourself.

Saute an onion till clear in a stick of butter, then add about 3 cloves of fresh garlic chopped up real fine, add 2lbs of seasoned shrimp and cook them till they pink. Add about 1/2 cup of milk and the. About 1/4 cup of fresh parmesan stir that till melted and serve over noodles. Takes about 15-20 minutes and it's my kids favorite meal.

Sauté a finely chopped onion in a stick of butter. Lay shrimp out single layer in a baking dish. Cover with the onion/garlic. Top each shrimp with some Pablo breadcrumbs and drizzle with some more melted butter. Throw in the oven at 425 for I dunno, 10 minutes, maybe 15. Brown the breadcrumbs and don’t overlook the shrimp. Also works well for oysters.

That sounds like something that should be stitched on a pillow or something.

The other weekend my stepmom made some killer shrimp. Got the 3lb bag of frozen EZ peel shrimp from Sams. Thawed them and put them in a foil fan, squeezed three lemons, heaping tablespoon of minced garlic and tons of Tony's or Slap Ya Mama. Toss and cover with foil and put in a 350 oven for 50 minutes or so. Stir half way through. Oh, I also cut up the lemons I squeezed and threw them in there.
Made cocktail sauce with no sugar added ketchup, worchestshire and horseradish plus a little saved lemon juice.

It was delicious. You don't really think your "fresh" shrimp are fresh, do you? Unless you are driving down to the coast and buying off of the boats. Not sure what the problem is with Tony's or other similar seasonings, either. Salt and flavor plus a little heat? Not sure what's wrong there.
