I just started a diet. I know its the worst time of year to do so, but I will be in the swing of things when New Years rolls around. Also bought a treadmill and started the couch to 5k program.

232.4/207.8. I wanted to hit the 25lb mark by the time I went home, to NO, for Christmas. Off by less than 1/2 lb, not too bad. Now to get some Christmas weight gain and hit it hard when I get back to OKC.

You should celebrate by getting high and hitting a CiCi's or something.

Congratulations man, more people need to have your will power to change themselves.

323/220.5

Christmas Eve Eve warning. Try not to go too crazy but some crazy is to be expected over the next 8 days.

I've been really slacking (lack of motivation, mostly), but my New Year's Resolution is "No Excuses"

No excuses to:
- Not eat healthier and cook more
- Exercise at least 3 times a week if not more
- Lose 25-30 lbs

Lost 25 lbs a couple of years ago, found 20 of them again over the last year. Not going to buy new "fat clothes"

Merry Christmas to all!
