Hi guys and gals! Been a while since I've posted so an update is incoming. I started the hcg on Oct. 5 and finished on nov. 12 @ 198lbs down from 227.5 lbs. The next step was 21 days of stabiliztion at that weight not eating any starch or sugar which went really well for me even though I lost a few more additional pounds during that period.
I'm on day 14 of phase 4 and weighed in at 193.8 this morning. You can integrate starches and sugars back into your diet but I have not had one craving or desire to go back to it especially being that the wife and I are starting our 2nd round of hcg Christmas eve. I've put a bigger selection of veggies back into my diet if you want to consider that more starches but they are all low on the glycemic index chart.
I have another 30lbs to go and if my body does what it did the first round I should be 165ish Feb. 4. I finally went and got a primary care physician about a week after I got off the hcg and he was seriously impressed with my weight loss and is looking forward to seeing me in Febuary another 30 lighter
Keep up the good work guys, y'all are doing great and that is really hard to do in a state with such good food surrounding us!

323/224.6
Almost snapped last night but I held off. I am probably going to gorge myself next Saturday.

Had a splurge yesterday. Cheeburger Cheeburger. Not impressed. Will have to plan better next time.

I'm at 233. It's a hard time of year. I've picked up my walking some. Thinking of eating a tapeworm.

May have give up that "upscale" burger joints. Kinda hard to get excited about $12 burger and fries if not at least in a 5 star restaurant.

No Saints misery binging. Back away from the booze and chips.

Big Chipper: When I started this WOE my doctor gave me some good advice. If you get off the eating plan, don't try to make up for the extra calories by starving yourself. Instead, just start again and keep going. Best of luck!
