Working out will help but that diet is the most important thing.

Stay with the diet.. and don't use exercise as an excuse to eat whatever.

Felt like I was going to die on my run yesterday. I fasted all day beforehand because I still felt sick from the engorging Sunday night. Then like an idiot I went out and ran in 90 degree heat after drinking all of one cup of coffee and no water through the day... I skipped weightlifting because I was entirely spent.

I think 20 pounds in three months, nearly four is attainable. Might take being really strict but I don't see why you couldn't do it.

I'm probably out until next week guys. I'm off work the rest of the week and I'm just going to enjoy myself until I come back to reality next Tuesday.

I went all crazy Sunday and went to the Chimes to have brunch, which included the Boudin Omlet, hush puppies, and a pint of Woodchuck. Not sure if thats to blaim or just some water weight movement.

I'm kind of glad I work tomorrow.. it'll be easier to stick to my diet. I'm having bacon-wrapped chicken breast tonight.

I had a quasi-fast today (200-300 calories in), but it was unintentional. Just got busy and never really ate a lunch. I'm going to take advantage and have a light dinner (salad) and no drinks.... Well, maybe just 1 vodka drink and maybe I will have dropped a couple in preparation for tomorrow.

Just found this thread.... I was at 255 on April 1st. I have been on a pretty tight food plan for three months now with lots of working out. Weighted this morning at 221...... Working to get to my ideal weight (in my eyes) by the end of August. 210 pounds...

Great thread. Some of you guys have done awesome..
