Hmmmmm..... I figured with the massive cheating last week that the 178.8 number was firm but...

After 2 good days in a row I am down to 172.3. So it appears most of the gain was water and heck, I am not even in ketosis yet because I've been eating lots of oatmeal.

I was going to Cadfast but since I am already under my panic weight again, I'll skip the Cadfast.

Aggggh. Up 3 pounds after the fathers day eat fest.

sounds like everyone is surviving ok..i had a good father's day..spent about 7 hours working on my yard in the heat..and like myth i'm not remotely in ketosis after consuming probably 7000 calories on saturday but i'm hitting it HARD this week to get back on the wagon.

that was one of the last big bike events i have planned until the fall..and i know y'all laugh at me but everytime i do something like this i gain weight. there's just too many damn rest stops and you're so wiped out from all the climbing that its hard not to chow down. then of course there's a big meal at the end...and its always shitty pasta, potatoes and bread..and i'm so tired i say frick it and eat it.

good pic here..rest stops are always loaded down with sugary stuff..i would starve if i stuck with low carb food.

That's all fruit.. Well, if you're doing atkins yeah those would mess you up. I would be able to chow down on some of that, although watermelon and cantaloupe isn't really a preferred fruit..

I actually did pretty good. My kids and wife made me breakfast yesterday morning. My daugher likes to make sausage and egg quiche. My wife made me almode butter pancakes with bluberries which were pretty damn good. I made a beef and veggie chili for dinner last night.

very very happy. i'm still bloated like a fat tick so after a couple days ketosis i'm really hoping to see the 180s again. i've gone off the rails over the last week..time for some serious damage control.

i can't control myself aorund it. serriously..i could eat the entire freezer full. its like the more bowls i eat the more i want..some kind of damn crack.
