Is that the last time?

More than likely not. I'm taking a running class and on Thrusday we do core exercises. I believe that this is just the begging and the amount will only increase.

I had to google it to see what a burped was

In other news, Father's Day Weekend is not looking to be very good for me. Donuts this morning, party this afternoon and evening, lunch tomorrow involving bacon and twice stuffed potatoes...... And blueberry cobbler. I may undo everything I accomplished this week. :sigh:

Thanks again for the warm welcome.

7 pounds this week. I don't even want to think about Fathers Day tomorrow. Will be my first cheat in some time.

How often do you guys indulge? Once a week?

Zoo I'll usually have a couple cheat meals on the weekend. A cheeseburger and fries or some pizza. Lately I've been trying to limit them as it seems the closer I get to my goal , even slight cheats sends me up 3-5 lbs.

I'm back. I used a bit of work related stress as an excuse to let loose all week.

I've eaten everything within 11 miles of my apartment and I am too lazy to go any further than that in search of ice cream and Chinese food.

In a few short days, I am now a regular and they know my order at the Chinese place down the block.

Blurp!

Time to refocus a bit. NO cheats until I am back to 170. Currently at 178.4 and that is a hard number. No water.

Back to work.

Ran 5.5 miles this morning, finished yard work now relaxing. I went from a 38 and now back into my 34's. Today is a good day.

frick YEAH I DID

i dont ever want to hear the term 'cherohala skyway' again. that was the hardest climb i've ever done.

by comparison, cruising up tail of the dragon was a breeze..even with 5,328,231,333 motorcycles going up and down around us.

We went to Middendorf's today. I ate the broiled catfish and had two small pieces of thin fried. I have been sticking to my workouts. Went this morning and did cardio and leg workouts for an hour and a half. Trying to stick to around 1800 calories a day right now.

Drank to many IPA's last night and ate rice and gravy at 2 in the morning. Hungover as hell. I'm a little scared to get on the scale, so I won't. Time to rehydrate and start again in the morning.

Woke up this morning still at 184.5, but today was the aforementioned feast including bacon wrapped chicken, potatoes and fresh blueberry cobbler. On the bright side, i'll probably skip dinner.... Or I'll have another bacon wrapped chicken breast.

I came to see how everyone fared for father's day, and it hasn't looked pretty . My dad was diagnosed with type 2 dibeetus a couple of weeks ago and has since decided to kick the grains, to my utter delight . I bought him a book about primal/paleo eating and exercise and he's going to read and learn, and I can be there for him to help learn and adapt. That being said, it made my father's day eating easy. No cheats. Dad cooked grilled chicken breast, grilled eggplant, grilled carrots, and green beans for dinner saturday night. Today for lunch my grandma made sure he and I can eat anything she cooked, so she baked some pork chops and sausage, made a cauliflower salad (potato salad knockoff), green beans, cucumber, and carrots My dad's scale said 275 this AM and when I got home I weighed in at 277, so I hope I can wake up at a new low or at least less than 278 for a change.

Hope everyone had a great father's day
