Na. Seeing the damage is an important tool to slow down future cheats.

Just watched fat, sick, and nearly dead

What a crock of shite. people really get motivated by that? There's no scientific evidence to back it up or anything. Sure, there's results. But that doesn't mean it's healthy nor the right thing to do. The whole "detox" aspect is a load of crap too; the body detoxes itself every single day.. just need to drink water and plenty of it.

People are willing to believe just about anything BUT low carb diets, it seems.

Yeah I know someone doing a two-week detox program right now. I'm thinking, that's a crapload of detoxing.

I couldn't understand the premise and the can have/can't haves. Then the kicker was the special supplements required for a nominal fee.

Cadfast was pretty easy. I stayed busy all day yesterday and wasn't really hungry when I went to go eat. Holy crap once I started eating it came on though. I ate a bag of steamed brussels sprouts and then drank around a half gallon of water before I ate my steak. Even with all of that I was still like a bottomless pit after the steak. So I ended up eating a cheese stick and a leftover burger. I feel like I ate too much.

Despite that...

302/285.4/245 - Two weeks and one day in.

... a 1.2 pound loss.

So this is the lowest number I've ever seen in the three years I've owned this scale. I went a very long period without weighing. Like four years.

Well, after losing almost 7 pounds last week, I ended up gaining back 2 over the weekend. I had a cheat on Friday and one on Saturday but I had skipped lunch Friday and skipped dinner Saturday so I wasn't over my daily limit. Still don't know why I ended up gaining, maybe muscle from working out.

Fasting today till dinner. My dad is coming in town and taking the mrs and I out for dinner so I figure a mini cheat tonight.

Had a FOUR LB jump from my 186 low last week, really did it this weekend
gumbo with brown rice, cinnamon rolls and craft beer. What the hell am I thinking. On the good side I had awesome workouts fri and ystdy. One good thing about hitting a low seems like once you get there, then bounce up, its not that hard to get it back. I hope to be back at 186 by Wed???

Anyone live around Old Jefferson that would be interested in running around 5 in the morning? Looking to run anywhere from 2-4 miles a run maybe 3-4 times a week.

Same here. Brother surprised my soon to be 1 year old with a pre birthday cake, so I obviously had to partake. That plus 2 parties with plentiful chips and dip =

I'm in a nonplateau. 363/278/250. I am considering cutting my fruits so I can go back to ketosis to break this thing.

Well I have been MIA for quite some time. I am sure that you've missed the Weekend Report with Lloyd Braun, Myth. I am back to WW tracking after an 8 month half-assed effort. I was able to maintain for 6 of those months, but gained 10.6 lbs back in the past 2. And that's enough. Back to onward and downward!!!

Oh and the WW meetings moved further from my house and I've been studying for some tests, so I switched to online only and will officially weigh in on Fridays. I am a daily weigher though, so I will likely post more than once a week.

Over 15 pounds from my low. My goal is to get back to my low by the end of May.

A big chunk of that is water which should melt off once I am back in ketosis. Then I figure I have 10 pounds of solid gains.

I just found out I have a wedding to go to this weekend so that could pose a problem. But other than that, I am going back into full BUNKER Mode.

Whoosh. Crawfish boil water weight shot off. After 73 trips to the facilities yesterday, I am down 4.1.

In my best sensei voice: "You lost 4.1 lbs in one day? You are going to die. Don't you know you are doing it wrong?"

Congrats on dropping the water weight. I never really get concerned about a high weigh-in due to that possibility. You just never know what can cause you to hold on to a few extra lbs on day. I find it is better to just weigh every day to keep a good idea and pick a day to be your official weigh-in day. Mine is usually Tuesday morning.

218/183.3/175 Lost one lb this week. I have about 10 weeks until a beach trip. So, I'm looking forward to trimming down a little more. I've started working on my abs too. I'm tired of being ashamed and wearing a shirt on the beach or swimming. Time to and blind people with my whiteness.
