Drum roll please...........

Close to the peak. This was at a wedding party in 07.

I stopped drinking for a year before I started my diet so the first couple of pictures just have to be more than 323.

This was a friend's wedding in 07.

This was taken today.

My old belt.

There you go. About 137 pounds from the top pics to the bottom, maybe even a bit more.

I wish the lighting had been a bit better so you could really see my mutant white hands from wearing bike gloves.

badge of honor. cyclists have been known to lay out in the sun with the gloves on to intensify the effect.

..about as pathetic as the planking deal which is about the saddest thing i've seen on the internet in a long time.

Excellent Myth. You're credibility jumped through the roof on here, because proof is in the pudding.

Ha!

I haven't wasted much money on new clothes on the way down as they didn't last long, so I bought whatever was cheapest at the Walmart and those jean jorts were 8 bucks.

I knew I would take some heat, but.....

64 oz a day is what you should be drinking, minimum. I take in at least 2 quarts (64 oz), but most of the time I drink my 2 quarts at home and 2 18 oz bottles at work throughout the day. The more the better.

Yeah. 64 ounces of water a day. I drink way more than that. Hell I drink that in coffee alone.

CAD's ribeye fetish (dont blame him... they rock) and the 'As the Potato Turns' debate yesterday got me curious. If you guys had to give a synopsis of what your average daily diet is (ie most common break/lunch/dinner/snacks etc...) what would it be? (NOTE: This is not a pissing contest but just a generally curiosity to what people eat). I will start:

I have given in to my bad habit of eating more later in the day then at the beginning. Everytime I try to break this over the years I just eat more all day... so I am still 'back weighted' in consumption for the day. However:

Bfast - Powerbar if anything. I am not a bfast dude... this is really forced. (Ofcourse put a kolache in front of me and it is a different story). Calories for bfast = about 200

Lunch - Eat out almost everyday (always have). Pretty much Chipotle rice bowl every day with rice, peppers, pico, hot salsa, lettuce and either barbacoa/Steak. Calories per chipotle website 400-450 (ofcourse the heavy hand of the server and cook makes this quite variable in real life)

Dinner - 10 ounces or more of either Chicken Breast/93 or 96% hamburger/sirloin steak with either corn on cob/potato/rice and a crapload of salad with a drizzle of ranch on side.

Snack - usually dont, but if I do Mcdonalds soft serve cone (150 per website but again depends on the 'pour').

Exercise - Pretty much 4 mile a day walking minimum (5 days a week), including elavation changes up to 10% and intervals of jogging at 6.5 MPH (trying to get in better shape to do some HIIT but not there yet). Throw in some weights also.
