i stick with very simple ones..there's lots and lots of delicious foods you can make without heavy carb ingredients..my kids love these pecans too..they say they dont make them feel sick at their stomach like they do when they eat ones made with lots of sugar.

Me too. All of these that I have are very simple.. except for the deep dish pizza, and that's going to a very adventurous one, not anytime soon

So far I have made these:
LINK (I didn't care for this one)
LINK (No xantham gum or ginger, but it was freaking delicious)
LINK (without the cabbage because I didn't have any.. ate some spinach with it)

And here is the deep dish pizza that I think sounds facking awesome:

no pool option, so I'll stick to OM sprints and dumbell circuits/pushups for a while longer. Another dinner meeting tonight to outmaneuver.

Not a happy camper. Some asswipe trashed my bag of salad I keep at work so they could put like 12 mini bottles of milk in the drawer..

I made a thin crust pizza two nights ago that was awesome. The crust is just eggs and cheese. I loaded it up with toppings (italian sausage, pepperoni, black olives, portabellos, onion, cheese, and a little tomato sauce). I added it up and it came out to approximately 3.5 carbs per generous slice (it was probably less, but I tend to overestimate if not sure).

It wasn't as good as my regular homemade pizza, but it beat several restaurant pizzas I've had. The leftovers were excellent also.

How did you make the crust out of eggs and cheese?

cooking the shite out of cheddar (mind the grease) yields a pretty crunchy and tasty 'crust'.

i bet there some trick to using both eggs and cheese to create a stronger crust.

bham?

<--- contains spicy pecans

eta here's the original recipe..just swap splenda for sugar

I found a recipe that does the same thing:
LINK

I'm no expert.. That recipe is for a 16 inch pizza. If I want a thicker crust, would using a 12 inch pan cause the crust to become soggy? or would i just need to leave it cooking for longer? I've never been a fan of thin crust..

I would think you would need to cook it a bit longer but I'm no expert on pizza, especially this frankenpizza

I'm a thin crust guy myself

Yeah, I know. Went for an 8 mile bike ride this morning after eating a breakfast of 2 scrambled eggs with turkey and spinach and some honey dew melon and a banana. Sweat like a pig. Came back and weighed again and I was at 228, so that's 2 down off my plateau. I know that was water, but I don't care. I haven't been below 230 in over 5 years so I'll take the 228!

Try adding some pilates or yoga stretching. It really helped my joint pain. There was a local sports show recently about Drake Nevis doing Pilates 3 times a week since Jr High. As big as he is, he can bend over and lay his palms flat on the ground with knees locked. I'm about a 1/2" from just touching my toes.

Yeah I'm trying to be diligent about weighing every day when I wake up. And then I observe the color of my piss to try to guess if it's water weight or whatver

The way I see it, water weight is still weight!

I know when I'm losing water weight because I develop what is known as "pissass"

Right. It's just that it's not relevant.

I'm more interested in knowing how much fat I'm losing. Muscle weight is still weight but I don't want to lose any muscle mass for the sake of losing weight.

True, and I don't want to lose muscle for weight loss either. But I don't mind losing water and seeing the scale drop

Well it probably has a good psychological effect but it's not real progress

There are formulas on-line to calculate percent body fat. I started out around the mid 30's and am down to the low 20's. It's really all that matters to me instead of weight. Oh, also belt size.
