I'm off to Texas Roadhouse.. wish me luck! I'm not a praying man but if I was I'd be praying right about now LOL

eta

Made it back unscathed! They had a great special, 8 oz sirloin and 3 skewered shrimp and 2 sides for $10. I had a salad and a little cup of broccoli and carrots for sides and the sirloin cooked to a perfect medium rare.

I gotta say, it may not be ruth's chris or anything like that, but that was a damn good steak!

much better than the last trip there when you had a chicken, a pig and a cow and complained about the lack of scale movement.

Dinner with the parents wasn't too bad. 1 crab cake, mostly crab and a small Caesar salad.

Hulk, you did better than I.
My dinner meeting may have caused a nonplateau tsunami. 2hrs ago I had a cup of shrimp and crab bisque that was so thick and rich it is still lining my esophagus. then had "prepared (high sodium) caesar salad, ribeye and vegetable medley. passed on the cheese cake and got stares.

first day over 1500 cals in a month. Satiated and antiquated. Good night.
Burp!

I checked on my meal before I went
steak
Yikes, steamed veggies
Salad.. I didn't eat the croutons so the carbs are way lower I'm sure.

I'm sure there was sodium in the veggies

I highly doubt I knocked myself out of ketosis

Call me crazy but is 87g of protein accurate for an 8 oz. sirloin?

Looks legit according to a couple of other sources

I just assumed that a lot of it would be water weight

But I suppose it is a pretty lean cut when compared to something like a ribeye and meat is essentially protein.

yea

On a high note, my stepmom didn't immediately recognize me when I walked in. She said I've lost that much size already

Yeah...it's always good to get reactions from people you haven't seen in a while.

My parents are going to be visiting me in about a month in New Orleans. They'll probably say something if I can lose some more weight. And they'll probably offer to take me out somewhere where I can gain 5 lbs of it back in one meal.

I know I lose in cycles, but it sure is annoying.

Finally budged a little of the 263 I was stuck on for 4 days

Patience is something I'm having to embrace with optimism

I've got a 3 day weekend and I think I'm gonna try to spend as much time exercising as possible without destroying my body. Hopefully I'll knock off a good bit of fat this weekend.

I usually only report my weight on Wednesdays, but was pretty excited to see a 3 as the second number.

If I tried to make that it would end up looking like scrambled eggs and if it somehow looked just like that picture, I would eat every single bit and purr like a cat.

With the cheese/egg crust, it was a pretty rich and filling slice of pizza. If you ate the whole thing, you may be doing something that starts with "pu" and ends with "ing", but purring is not what I have in mind.
