There are formulas on-line to calculate percent body fat.
Which one do you use? I hope you're not referring to a BMI calculator which doesn't actually calculate body fat.

according to BMI...
I was overweight...at 6'5" 235lbs

I found a recipe that does the same thing:
That's the exact recipe I used for the crust Hulk. It was really good. The only thing I did that the recipe doesn't say is that I flipped the crust over before adding my toppings. That way the crispy side was on bottom.
I'm sure you could make a thicker crust this way. I would maybe flip the crust and cook it a little on the other side also before adding the toppings. I've always been more of a thin crust guy myself.
A guy I work with made the one you posted earlier with the cream cheese in the crust. He said it was very good.

Yeah BMI calculator said I'm in the 98th percentile still at 6'3 336
I have a lot of work to do!

NOT BMI!!! That scale is ridiculous. Google body fat formula and use the one developed by the airforce (or was it navy?). It uses neck size, waist size, height, and I think something else. Main indicator is waist size though.
OK here tiz measured in inches:
Men: %Fat = 86.010*LOG(abdomen - neck) - 70.041*LOG(height) + 36.76
Women: %Fat = 163.205*LOG(abdomen + hip - neck) - 97.684*LOG(height) - 78.387

For once, my huge neck may come in handy.

Well, if your neck is bigger than your waist this formula might not be for you.

Just so we're on the same page...
You're talking about log based 10 and measurements in inches right?

Official week 15 weigh-in....
189.1/226.4/140
been a good week exercise wise, had a pretty epic cheat meal on Mexican this past weekend but worked it off I guess.
Haven't been doing anything too creative recipe wise, but in getting a little tired of grilled chicken, salad and veggies... Bout time to mix it up.
Have been pretty lucky as far as steady weight loss, any stoppages were my own fault- not working out or eating junk I know I shouldn't. Chest days send me off the grid, so I have had to cut down to cheat meals, hoping to get down to a cheat item soon.
Going to Orlando to watch the space shuttle launch in a couple of weeks, going to be bad for the diet- traveling always is, as trying new restaurants is one of my favorite parts of traveling. Going to spend a few days at the beach and a few days doing Disney- may be tragic!

Is that a typo or did you gain a lot of weight since this started?
That's a pretty low target weight as well. I'm not that ambitious

That's an Atkins-friendly pizza man! Looks delicious.

That's pretty close to how mine looked (minus the green pepper and add black olives). It really was good and really easy. A couple of slices with a salad would be a nice 10 carb meal.

If I tried to make that it would end up looking like scrambled eggs and if it somehow looked just like that picture, I would eat every single bit and purr like a cat.

You are catching a break. I have to go to a family dinner tonight and the menu is not weight loss friendly.
