The sympathetic pregnancy is difficult. Be strong but keep her happy. My belly bulge was identical to my wife's.

I've done pretty well. She's only got 5 weeks to go and then she'll be on the weight loss bandwagon with me. Then hopefully the weight loss will speed up a little.

ok guys..i dropped to 194.2 TEMPORARILY..but i was crazy beaver busy mowing my yard (and my neighor's..they are a retired couple and let me borrow their lawnmower so it was the least i could do) all to impress a pretty smoking hot woman who came over for dinner.

so that was late day weigh-in and i was SWEATING TO DEATH so i was super dehydrated..it will go up at least 2lbs tomorrow i bet.

anyway, i'd post a pic of her for a few seconds on here but i'm afraid it will end up in the TD photobucket account and would get traced back to me..

I'm pretty sure if I saw my leg off I would beat you to 185.

I'm still sitting at 342, which is up 3 pounds from 339 but I did a ketosis test strip and I'm still putting out plenty of ketones.. so I've just hit another mini-plateau I guess. Gotta break through it. I got my exercise in at wal-marks yesterday, I made sure I parked at the end of the parking lot and I walked briskly several times around the store before I picked up the basket and then once I got the basket and went shopping I walked around a few more times with a loaded basket.. I left pretty sweaty.

thanks!

I am about 4 lbs away from my lowest weight in the last 10+ years. Looking forward to passing that mark and going down, down, down...

Eh, it happens. You'll be headed back down soon.

I've got 6 weddings coming up (Good Friday through 5/28) - so I am hoping to just keep losing during May - even if its only 0.2 a week.

257/205/175

Cholesterol down to 175 from 279. LDL from 169 to 121.

But on a serious plateau right now. Been stuck at 205 for two weeks! Not doing anything different. Calories at a solid 1200 a day before excercise. Excerise consist of 30 minutes of cardio and 45 minutes of light to moderate weight training four days a week.

Any plateau busting advice?

Seems to me that you are the only one harping on the OT creeping in like a broken record. The cool thing here is that everyone supports one another and is getting to know each other. As people lose weight and start feeling better about themselves, they become more sociable. Keep working -- you'll get there. Everybody else seems to be enjoying themselves.

Control issues much?

Daygo, I am no diet guru, and I hesitate to say this, but this is my experience: When I hit a plateau like that, I take one day and eat "normally". Maybe I will eat some pasta or a baked potato, or something "substantial" like that. Then jump right back on my regimen the next day.

To me, it seems like your body then realizes you are not starving and goes off "survival mode". Weight starts coming off again. If you decide to try it, good luck. Hope it works for you.

20 lbs. down, 21 more to go!
