Does anyone know or know where to find the routes and distances at the University lakes?

Went out last night and had a grilled chicken caesar which was probably a billion calories and I ate the damn croutons and loved every single bite.

And gained a pound.

Short ride on the bike. My neck was on fire and my legs felt like I was pedaling in sand.

Couldn't find nutritional info on the place I ate the salad at, but from a brief google, it seems the calories can range from 900 to 2500 with up to 2500mgs of sodium.

And people think a nice grilled chicken caesar is a healthy choice. A burger and fries has few calories and less sodium.

Caesar dressing is a sodium nuke. Next time get it on the side and use a third. the crouts are worse.

Frostop cheat was costly but not fatal. Still working on control issues.

The sodium bomb weight appears to have dropped off. It would be nice if by the end of the week I could reach a new low since it has been OVER a stinking month since my last LOW.

You've lost 138 pounds. I wouldn't get too discouraged with your progress

209/196.6/180

Last update was March 1st when I was 199.7. A little over 3 lbs. in about a month and a half. Officially moved my goal weight to 180. Not bad considering all the cheats in the last month. Mardi Gras king cake and popeyes chicken. Anniversary trip to The Grand in Point Clear as well as a trip to Arnaud's in the French Quarter which included Bananas Foster. Crawfish boil this past Saturday with sausage, potatos, garlic, mushrooms and corn along with fresh baked cookies my niece prepared. I have lost the weight that I have so that I can eat whatever I want on special occasions and not feel quilty. Just watch what I eat during the week and continue spinning 4 to 5 times a week for at least an hour. Great workout and my legs feel incredible. I can actually feel my muscles working just walking down the hall. Plus my golf game has improved, my handicap is down to a 7 for 2 months straight. Lowest since I have been a member at Colonial (over 10 years).

Alright time to come clean.

This weekend, though I did not break my diet entirely, I went pretty nuts. Which is why ya'll didn't hear from me

Saturday night my friends and I went to the strawberry festival. I didn't eat any food or drink anything but water until we got back to a house where I had vodka and sprite zero awaiting. Both have no carbs and as soon as your body is done burning the alcohol it goes right back into ketosis. Did the same yesterday except I also went to a crawfish boil. So here I am scared to step on the scale this morning because I'm afraid of seeing like 5 lb increase because of my weekend when I see this:

339.6

I went back down! I know it's an anomaly and I don't expect that. But it may have something to do with all of the walking I did this weekend. We parked a little over a mile away from the strawberry festival, so that twice plus all of the walking inside of the festival in the hot arse sun.. and then Sunday at the crawfish boil we played a little 2 hand touch football. So overall I had a fantastic weekend.. I needed to unwind so bad guys. I was wound up so tight.. It was a great release. Now I can go back into my merry ways and abstain from bad things

Going to hit induction again just to make sure if I did knock my body out of ketosis I can get it back in.

Good job Hulk. We all cheat from time to time. The cheats aren't the problem. It is getting back to work on the project once play time is over.

Keep up the great work.

went up near fort knox, ky with my son and watched people blow shite up.

to say there were alot of people there would be a major understatement.

you haven't lived until you see 3 miniguns loaded with tracers blowing up 55 gallon drums loaded with diesel fuel.

anyway, i hit 202 SUNDAY!

so i went for a hard training ride yesterday in preparation for my next bike race this sat..and fasted (shut up..my business..it works for me) and i weighed in at 197.7 today.

looking to be in the high 190s for my race this weekend. i have 2 very hard interval training sessions this week and hopefully i'll be in good shape for sat. it should be a fun one.

Thanks for the support, I was fully expecting a worded beatdown . I had been cooped up in my house with no vehicle for weeks and shite. Cabin fever.. to get out for the weekend was awesome. I feel a million times better even though I am fairly sleep deprived.

Wanna know how I know it was a good weekend? I didn't have time to shower for 2 days, smelled like crawfish and alcohol, and overdrew my bank account (until I get my deposit back for my rental car). Sounds like #winning to me!

That shower when I got home felt amazing.

Sometimes doing what is good for our heart and soul far outweighs doing good for our bodies. You have plenty of time for that. With a renewed and refreshed spirit, it is easier to focus on the task at hand. Hop back on the wagon now.

14 mile ride on the levee today. The wind on the way back tried to suck my soul dry just like cats and red heads, but I endured and made it home.

Consider me officially on the wagon

270.6 today

Most I've been in over 30 months. Ate light today and spent about an hour at the gym, 30 minutes heavy lifting and 30 minutes cardio
