Yes sorinex is awesome but before you do that, look into Rae Crowther or Rogue or elitefts or Legend fitness.
Commercial Equipment is one of my hobbies since I have a home gym. What all are you looking for in your power rack?
I love sorinex and have their hurricane and lat pulldown. But honestly they are over priced now.
honestly I would look at the rogue RML-690, rogue ohio bar- bare steel and then get troy barbell machined three hole plates or bumper plates from rogue.
I mean honestly I should not be discouraging the sorinex as its bad arse, especially at that price I assume you are doing the uber package. But honestly your best bet is buying used commercial from a place like superfitness gym equipment and just buying more stuff. or if you are not sure you absolutely love lifting at home, buying a 4 post rack.
lmk what budget is total and space you have to work with and what you are looking to do with it.
this is my home gym for now, atleast until I finish the 30x60 gym I am building now.

but their is scientific studies that prove IF, that extreme high protein works better etc. Problem is layne does just like Lyle and ignores them or finds a reason they are invalid and only his studies are done correctly.

I have some Rogue stuff but my last shipment was from Wright. They make some great stuff too.

I agree with him on the scientific evidence part, but in to me, for sustainability, it seems easier to maintain the calorie deficit doing low carb because of the insulin factor and the satiety that results in eating high fat.

That's an awesome gym. I wanna do some OHP in that rack.

I know, I'm jealous of that home gym.

If I had a leg press and cable station, I wouldn't need a gym.

I realized today that there are some idiots at the gym
I know I'm not an expert or heavy lifter, but these clowns walk around drinking out of a gallon jug and trying to flex in every mirror are just stupid.
If I spend 1.5 hours (including 35 mins cardio) in there I am wasting time. I think get in get work in get out seems best thing to do.

Really just wanting something that lasts with adaptability. I know in the future I will want to have different workouts. Ideally, it will be in a spare room or garage and stay there. Do the mats help?
The budget is 3k-4k, I know it will pay for itself in the long run. I am an extremely private person and like the idea of staying at home for lifting. It looks like I can use it for pullups, which is something I enjoy. It is basically a house warming gift for myself.

Just ate some chips and salsa for first time since February. I forgot how good salsa was.

with a 4k Budget I would get the following
Rogue
RML-690 Power Rack
Rogue Ohio Bar
Rogue Adjustable Bench
Matador dip bar
Adjustable monolift
X-43 Multi Grip Crossmember
Wooden Gymnastics rings
Rep Fitness
Rep Hex plate set-275lbs
Rep Hex Plate -45lbs Pair
Rep Stainless Steel Power Bar(for use outside the rack like shoulder presses etc.)
this would give you the ability to do pretty much all the barbell lifts.

262/224/205?
Been keto since Feb 21. So close to that elusive 40b mark. California vacation next week. Gonna be tough. 3 days at Disneyland and i'm sure the kids will want IN-N-OUT. I did good on the last trip but I was by myself. Scared if I jump off the train I won' get back on.

My body does the same. Be patient. I'll maintain for awhile, then start losing again.
I need wine tonight. I have wine, but no wine bottle opener here. fricking torture.

I think since I dropped so much so fast it was bound to happen
But I wished after 2 weeks I'd start dropping again some

Have you looked into carb cycling? One round may help jumpstart you again.
