Probably not, we had tornados here last night and forecasted for more rain over the weekend. I wanted to go work on my tan at the lake but that is a no go.

We do it is on the border of OK/AR in tornado alley. It is just crazy this storm came out of nowhere. We were supposed to just get rain, but it fired up around 11:30 last night. The sirens woke me up nd never went back to sleep. So today's classes are DEAR and videos...(I'm such a fantastic teacher)

I have to figure out where all the sodium is coming from in my diet. I have not been below 2300 mg but maybe 1/3rd of the time. I get on cheat days but I am puzzled.

I guess that is why I am plateauing? Or that my Carbs are being stored as I am almost always under 200 on those, only been above 200 carbs per day 5 times since Mar 1.

Anything processed typically has tons of salt. Also most chicken is injected with sodium. If your water intake is high, you should just pee it out.

My water intake has been low lately actually.
I guess back to 90 oz water daily

I do not know actually. I think I set a goal of 165 or so and if I do not modify it...17-18 lbs

If I modify and say 170 then 12-13 lbs.

But the one thing is I have not gained exception a pound so I am regulated at this weight. It may be that my body is saying nope no more loss.

I hate meal prep and counting cals but I have no choice. In a week I'll be all into keto! But I'll have one refeed day a week as long as I'm in keto for the other 6 days.

I am not going to Keto due to potential for stones. I can not afford that with just 1 kidney. I just count cals try to do my cardio.

I got below 200 for about 2 weeks once...hovering around 198 and now I basically stay between 205 and 210 without any real effort save for eating keto. I go up when not eating that way, and rarely lower (because I'm doing lazy keto and not measuring anything or counting calories). It happens.

*ETA* on a completely unrelated note, facebook posted a memory for me of my first ever comparison picture of me having lost 100 pounds. It was 3 years ago! I've been with you frickers here for a long time now!

I was down to 185 for a few years and I then did Body beast for 2 cycles and got up to 210. Been between 200-205 for this Stoppani Summer Shred that I finished today.

1 week of cardio then onto Spartan genesis.
