same...for awhile at the beginning of this I woke up at 5:30 to get a workout in. In the spirit of building SUSTAINABLE good behaviors I quit that....

I have restarted drinking water like I did in March. Hopefully I can get it at 90 oz/day like I was. Only problem is I switched schedules this week so I may need to have a second jug for "emergencies", if ya know what I mean.

I went to 3 pharmacies & nobody had Vyvanse in stock. Effff. Stupid week after finals, so everything is cleared out. Now I can't focus & I feel hungrier. Drugs for life.

Ok folks. Deal me in. I'm 5'9 205. BMI 30.3 (obese level, which I am very salty about).

Going to start counting calories and macros on MFP. Going low fat, medium carbs, high protein. Luckily I already have pretty consistent gym habits so I'm going to stay doing strength training and maybe start working in some cardio as well.

Trying to ultimately lose like 30-40 lbs. over the course of the next year. Going to post here to stay honest. God bless the PuttaDaForkDown Thread, and God bless the United States of America.

Optimum Gold Standard whey is so good. If you don't like stevia taste go with natural formula. Natural chocolate is the official GOAT whey IMHO.

Vyvanse?? The kids that take it in my class are all effing hellions and will end up having the lodging and meals paid for by the state or county eventually.

Well damn. I'd settle for having my Vyvanse paid for. shite's $300 a month now that I've exhausted my HSA.

Do you have that much trouble focusing? Or are you using it for hyperactivity?

If it is for hyperactivity drink caffine, it will have a reverse effect. We use caffine (generally unsweetened tea) if kids are off meds or forget.

I have the opposite of hyperactivity. My brain is like static 90% of the time. I could get Adderall covered for no cost, but I would rather take nothing than Adderall. I also like that I'm not very hungry on Vyvanse. It's made controlling my diet & losing weight/maintaining weight loss fairly painless.

I'm going to shoot for 1800 calories per day, 30% carbs, 20% fat, 50% protein. Don't know if that much protein is going to be practical long term but I'm going to give it a shot.

No real program just do strength training 4 or 5 days a week with the usual barbell and dumbbell exercises, and may start doing some jogging.

Ambitious.

The jogging alone is scary.

Did the strangest cardio/weights today because the freak show clowns were in a pose off

Cardio
25 min walk
13 min elliptical

Weights
3 sets lat pull (12,10,8)
3 sets rows
3 sets Pallof Press each side
2 x 12 barbell curls
3 sets hammers
2 x 12 dumbbell curl
2 x 10 overhead dumbbell press
2 x 30 sec, 2 x 15 sec plank

I'm sure I did the rotation wrong but hey did what I could

I wake up at 4am 5/6 days a week to hit the gym. I have 3 kids and working out in the afternoon doesn't work for the family. May get some afternoon workouts being my wife is off the summer.

I've woken up at 3am to go for a 20 mile run. Usually drink a beer and take a nap those days!

If it's 3am, I'm not getting out of bed. I wish I were remotely that dedicated.
