Made it to Austin. Ate at my calorie goal, went over my carbs by 11g tho.

Yea I had my first non prepped meal in 4 weeks tonight including two slices of pizza. Disappointed in myself, but god damn was it good.

Been a Pre-Paleo this last week in prep for a 3 week Paleo shred diet I'm starting Monday.
Started at 210 and down to 205 as of this morning.
Don't want to get the horse before the cart but I'm feeling good and excited about dropping more weight

You can switch some carbs for fat or vice versa

True protein or optimum nutrition are the brands I recommend. From there it's figuring out the taste you like and what you are using it for.

I eat 3 to 4 scrambled eggs daily as it is for breakfast
And until last weekend 8 oz of chicken breast (yuck) for dinner
But somehow I'm low on MFA app. I'm avg 80 g but OY and 777 said go higher
I went over 1500 cals also today

I'd eat as much as I can if I knew how to get that much in me and if it will help me shred some
I just hate chicken fish
My issue is Sugar lately it's spiked but the power going out twice and costing me 2 full fridges did that
