Whatever, man. You're the glue holding this thread together lately when the rest of us slack off.

Rule of thumb is 1g protein per pound of lean body mass. Or .8g per pound of body weight..

I will try that I'm also thinking of getting some Starkist pouches again. I just realized I was eating 2 of them daily at lunch or on my nightly salads

Mostly just put in a bowl anf go. The salads may need to startup also, I ate them for dinner every night in March.

I'm an active member of a diet thread on top of being old AF, so there's that.

True. "in need of a diet thread" would've been more accurate than "an active member".

Well, I had my Pre-Paleo diet go pretty well last week. I'm starting this three week Paleo Shred Diet today and I'm hoping it goes well.

I cut from 210 to 205 as of Friday and I'm hoping to reach 190 by June 15th as a personal goal.

I'm not going to lie, yesterday was a big cheat day as I killed the last 6 pack in my fridge and ate a big breakfast and dinner with my family.

Today starts it, though. Thanks for the tips so far and I'll keep checking in either daily or weekly as it seems like this is a good place to find motivation when it gets low.

Bulletproof coffee on deck, back to workouts tonight after a week off, ready for it. I've learned that I'm grumpy AF when I dont get my workouts in.

I'm gonna be an evening gym person all week.
Not even gonna bother with setting the alarm in the mornings.

Maybe this is for the best.

I get up at 5 already, and generally go to bed between 10:30-11:00, evening gym works for me, I'm not old enough to enjoy getting up at 4:30 yet.

God, 4:30 is the middle of the night. I don't know how people do it! I tried going to work out in the morning for awhile, but I never learned to enjoy it. Then again, I never learned to enjoy working out, period.

What person in their right mind gets up that early? Hell I sleep until 715 daily and at school by 745. But then again take my showers at night before bed and after workouts.
