Egg roll in a bowl we call that one(or something similar) at my house. It's good stuff.

Crushed 983 kcals in a 55:00 session tonight, I have calories left for the day, but the macros can stand where they are, I'm too tired to eat. shower, bed, sleep are my only priorities tonight.

Back home.

On some serious poverty macros the next few days. Going to leave Avatar in vacation mode until Friday to let libation and celebration bloating go away before giving it a weight.

Smart move. Yesterday was kinda off the rails for me. I was starving when I finally got home & ate pizza on top of already eating poorly all day. I force myself to weigh every day for accountability, but I'm not expecting good things.

The damage isn't as bad as I'd suspected. 306/264.1/220

Only about 3 pounds up from where I was when I woke up Friday morning. I call that a success. Should be back to 261 by Friday.

Good! Glad it wasn't worse.

I've got a wedding to go to in 3-4 weeks, and a form fitting dress. I'm trying to force myself to keep that in the forefront of my mind every time I want to eat off plan.

I am also thinking during my Sunday treats to myself, making a shake/malt using Halo Top and Almond Milk.
