Smart move. Yesterday was kinda off the rails for me. I was starving when I finally got home & ate pizza on top of already eating poorly all day. I force myself to weigh every day for accountability, but I'm not expecting good things.

I've got a wedding to go to in 3-4 weeks, and a form fitting dress. I'm trying to force myself to keep that in the forefront of my mind every time I want to eat off plan.
