I did the elliptical and stationary today. Good Friday was not good to my legs or feet.

But Lent is almost over and Burger King opened today in town. I say that's a sign I am allowed a double cheeseburger or something.

Happy Easter! I gave up candy for lent. I've already consumed a Reese's egg, and it's not even 8am.

don't look at the carb count, it'll just ruin the moment for you.

Happy Easter you guys! Weigh in this morning is down another two lbs, so 12.7 over all since starting keto. I feel like it took a little longer than my sis in law to start dropping, and I was frustrated, because I was being more strict about my diet and I weigh a good bit more than her, but now I actually feel like I can see where I've lost and the scale is dropping too. It's a great day!
I haven't had a lot of craving any particular thing, and I don't even miss most things, just real pancakes mostly, I miss those. Hahah. RIP pancakes, you were good while you lasted.

Yaaayyy!! That's huge! Weight loss is so weird. The couple times I'd try WW in the past, I would get so discouraged. I'd follow it to the letter & lose a half lb the first week, while everyone else seemed to lose 7. Even over the past year, my loss has been very punctuated. I'll drop a bunch, then nothing for months. Now that I've got some time behind it & a larger cumulative loss, it's easier to appreciate it taking a long time. In the moment? Hell no. It felt painfully slow. I kept repeating to myself "A year from now, you will wish you had started today". It's so true. I'm glad you're starting to notice and few a difference! Keep it up!

That does look really good, but the thought of lamb on Easter cracks me up for some reason. Probably because my daddy is a pastor. so wrong

What's weird about it?

Lamb was the Pope's official Easter dinner for centuries.
