Grilled Asparagus/Sprouts (prosciutto wrapped maybe)
Fingerling Potatoes
Rosemary Potatoes
Roasted Cauliflower
Sauteed Greenbeans

Key is mixing in things like nuts and some sweeter reductions on things like the beans and asparagus. Savory on the roasted cauliflower and potatoes, think buyer and garlic base.

Ok. That's the 2nd time I've seen Spinach Madeline. I Googled a recipe. What exactly is it? A casserole or a dip?

Cooking one myself.

My wife is making a twice baked potato casserole.

I will be making pan roasted broccolli with a gruere cream sauce.
