I'm in Wisconsin and the 2 places I've been here don't have red beans or dirty rice. Tragic for me! I haven't lived in LA for a long time and Popeye's has always been a nice treat to remind me of home.

I got ahold of some crawfish boudin balls in Eunice one time that I've never been able to replicate.
