Superior on Highland is dog friendly, but not the Government Street location

Agree. There's a guy who would bring his little ankle snapper to a local bar, put the damn thing on a bar stool next to him no matter how crowded the bar was and before long that little shite was on top of the bar walking up and down.
frick that shite. I don't want your flea bit, ball and arse licking dog anywhere near my drink or food.

Sounds like a place you had more to worry about than the dog...

No, not at all. A local neighborhood watering hole that I use to play darts out of in the local dart league. Never any trouble, good prices, great Happy Hour and a wonderful staff and owner who I consider a friend.

Oh, and to clarify things, I have had many dogs over my lifetime and loved the hell out of them. I would take them out for walks, runs, out in the woods or to the local lake to run and swim, dog parks, etc.
However, I would never impose on others in public places like bars or restaurants so my dog could be with me.
I also don't understand dog owners who think they can come to my house with their dogs in tow when invited to a party-----and it's happened before.
It was a relative and I told him to put his dog in the yard and not in the house. He said his dog is a house dog---so I told him to bring it back to his house.

Some dumb bitch soccer mom walked her giant Dogo Argentino into la carrettas the other day. I couldn’t believe it. Unsanitary, scares kids etc

Those are scary looking dogs. I live in a neighborhood with lots of people with dogs and I've seen a guy walking his two Dogos from time to time and they are certainly imposing looking.
I'm the only person on the block that doesn't have a damn dog from what I can tell. My neighbor is a Rescue Dog person and right now has at least 5 dogs at her house and on the other side of me there are 3 in a double unit.
I can't believe the amount of pit bulls I see in my area that are owned by the millennial generation. I guess they aren't telling their insurers they are giving homes to pit bulls.

I can’t imagine a scenario where a person should bring a dog to a restaurant.

yeah some domesticated animal (once a predator) that has evolved to show 'affection' towards humans in order to get their next meal is better than human offspring, literally the only reason humans exist is to reproduce.
Cant stand the dog fad and people that must bring their stupid dog everywhere. Saw a dog in Pittsburgh airport last week take a huge shite and piss right in the middle of the terminal, would not put up with that
edit: I understand this will prob not go over well in this thread

Bringing your dog while you drink or eat on a patio is extremely common in countries all over the globe and has been for a long time

Did not realize how much outrage it causes people to bring your dog to an outdoor patio at a restaurant. Assuming the dog is well behaved and social, does it really bother some of you that much?

Exactly. Maybe they’re trolling? Never realized how many would have such strong opinions about a well behaved dog in a patio of a restaurant.
