Bulldog obviously
Red Zepplin on the patio
Chimes East on the patio
Overpass Merchant on the patio
Olive or Twist outside

Someone mentioned to me Superior allows them outside but I've never seen a dog at Superior and I know Sammy's doesn't allow them. Anywhere else?

The Londoner. I've walked my dog there and they've even afforded him a bowl of water. Outside seating of course.

DOG-FRIENDLY RESTAURANTS AND BARS
After working up an appetite, head over to a pet-friendly restaurant and cool down with a local craft beer or cocktail and a tasty meal. These restaurants and bars offer outside seating and usually provide water and leash hooks for four-legged friends:

The Bulldog
Radio Bar
Zippy’s
Frankie’s Dawg House
The Londoner
Curbside Burgers
Kalurah Street Grill
Bengal Tap Room
Chimes East
Red Zeppelin Pizza
Mellow Mushroom

I can’t imagine a scenario where a person should bring a dog to a restaurant.

Why not? We go sit on the patio at The Francis in St Francisville to eat a lot and bring the dog.

Maybe a food truck at the park or the dive burger place at the lake. I love my dog and take her a lot of places, but I’m not taking her to a restaurant.

Dogs belong at home.

The constant need for dog owners to bring their dumbs everywhere is annoying

Fwiw, I would never bring my dog to the bulldog. I could make a chandelier with the amount of broken glass in the grout of the patio

I totally agree. Not like it's a kid for Christ sake. It's a fricking dog.

Let the down votes begin, but I'm totally against dogs in public places where food and drink are served with the exception of "Real" service dogs---and not just because some yahoo buys a harness over the net that claims it's a service dog.

Because you immediately become one of those people who brings a fricking dog into a restaurant.

And you only need one dog with something like Parvo drinking out of that water bowl to set off a whole chain of crap for other dogs.

It would be like all bar patrons drinking from the same cocktail glass.

Well, they essentially do, just like at Red Zepplin. I've seen them pick up a used dish and bring it to the back. I would believe that means they clean it like they do a glass, that you know other people drink out of.

And I'm SURE they take the same care to make sure the dog dish is properly sanitized.
